Pasta Setting

Here is our meal of all time. Pasta with tomatoe sauce, there are multiple variations of such a proufoundly simple and wonderful evening, but this time, for the first time, We cored and cooked half tomatoes, peeled of teh skins over heat and boiled down a fresh tomatoe sauce. Our friends back in America regularly sit down to our gatherings with this dish and although our trip to Paris was not lacking in experiancing French style there was no doubt that we had to fit in our homely dish.
