Wild Wednesday - Old Blue Eyes

We had a big storm in the early hours and woke up to much cooler weather. The sun is still shining though and in sheltered spots it's very warm.

We finally made it to Queen's Valley Reservoir late morning and had a good walk. It's very low at the moment so there weren't many cormorants on the water. I managed a few shots of robins singing in the trees and some good shots of  geese who didn't seem to mind being snapped. I love it's beautiful blue eye in this shot.
