Mansion House.

Mansion House was built by John Whelpdale in 1750 as a show off house. It remained with the family until 1884. It was purchased by Penrith Rural District Council in 1919 and is grade 11 listed.
A misty grey start to the day but is hot and sunny now. Took this photo on my morning walk it is to hazy for landscapes this afternoon.
