Clogs a la Francaise

On our tour through the Burgundy wine region we stopped in Gervais-Chambertain for a tour of the town and a wine tasting. Here we not only tasted 6 different wines from 'village' to 'premier cru' - very tasty and excellent, but very expensive, too - but also had the chance to visit the wine cellars. The proprietor of the place is a great collector of old things - displayed down there and covered with the dust of ages!
