Donating

Another very hot day. I spent the afternoon in shorts and vest top and was still too hot!

Gave blood this afternoon, walked there and back. Drank lots of water as I was instructed, then had to call in at the swim centre on the way into town to get rid of the water! Haven't had to do that sort of thing since I was pregnant!

Youth Company Ballet class tonight so I collected the girls, saw them into class then took Will for his Costa date. No time for reading this week (other than his reading book) as he had party invites to write. Now he just has to give them out.

Carys came out of ballet very happy, as usual. Home she finished her reading book, did some tables and her spellings and then some colouring before reading in bed. Will had another little shouting and sleep walking session. All fun in this house.
