Spider's Web

This wasn't what I had planned to do first thing, but I went outside and noticed the spider web with large garden spider right in the centre.  The light coming from behind was good so I got the necessary kit and was just set up ready to roll when spider decided to retreat to the shade of a leaf!  I was using the 105 mm macro with an extension tube to get close so, as spider had relocated, I thought I might as well do a few shots of the web.  In the process of focussing (manual is the only accurate way with this really close work) I liked the way the light refracted when the focus was off; the spider reappeared later on but by then I had packed away and the light was too harsh - maybe another time.
