Patisserie Perfection

The three of us, friends since Med School, went to Betty's Cookery School today for a cookery lesson. This was a special birthday treat for Mike (centre). It was a full on day making Gateau Opera, Vanilla & Framboise Vacherin and Hazelnut Croquembouche! Then it was back to home to a barbie!! Guess what was for pud?
A great day was had by all, but I don't think we'll be changing our day jobs.
