A Gift From A Friend

This is an original colored pencil sketch of a Maine Coon cat recently given to me by the artist who I used to work with in an art gallery & frame shop.  I have always admired her work which is incredibly detailed.  She usually only works on commission so it's rare to have one of her pieces become available.  She knows how much I love her work and said that when the piece became available she wanted me to have it.  I feel extremely honored with such a gift, and had this little sweetie hanging about four minutes after she arrived!
