I couldn't go for a walk today.

Sorry that my blips have been so irregular. Life has been a little crazy.
We've had a bit of rain this week and today I couldn't even go for my morning dose of sanity - my walk along the river. I usually walk between these trees. The river us up a bit....and rising.
But today was special for other reasons. It was my last day at work. After the school holidays I will be trying to get work as a casual relief teacher. Not sure how I'll go but the time is right to try. Today was nice. Had a great chance to hand over to the lovely lady who is taking over from me and to see my student enjoying being with her. There was a beautiful morning tea with balloons and flowers to take home as well as lots of lovely thoughts and good wishes. So now the tricky part starts .... actually getting work.
