Yes it is a weed flower of the "idontknowhatthehellitisfamily" and was found encroaching on sacred turf ..the halls of power ...no less.

Is it a weed ? is it a plant ? is it there with an ulterior motive ?

Nope .. all it is .... is blip material.

No plants were killed /maimed or placed under any unnecessary stress... and all are alive and living in Gravesend.
