Ivy

As promised yesterday,  here is number 2 in the Christmas carol series.

This large ivy bush has grown over an old tree trunk in our garden.  I'm always amazed how it attracts bees.  We haven't seen many honey bees this summer but loads of bumble bees.  However the honey bees were out in force on the ivy today.

This evening we went to the premiere of the new Beatles film.  Mind you, we weren't rubbing shoulders with Sir Paul, Ringo and all the other numerous "celebs".  We saw it at the live simulcast in Leamington Spa.
