Baking day!

The sun shone so it was rather warm for baking but the to do list is long so baking we did. More of the same tomorrow!

Lemon drizzle cakes, carrot cakes, shortbread biscuits that'll become empires and custard creams were today's makes.
Missing my main shortbread taster to carry out quality control though I have had a few volunteers to carry out that role!
