All week I have been looking after the Brewery, the brewer and the BLO are away on holiday, and I must maintain the flow of brown and frothy beverages to the local populous.

It's an onerous task and I will only know I am up to it when this lot is in the glass on the bar and no-one is sick!

Hopefully, at that point, the 'Sorcerer's Apprentice' will be able to taste the sauce?
