Abstract Thursday - Squares in Architecture
"Squares in Architecture" is the rather novel theme suggested by youoregon1 for today's Abstract Thursday challenge.
Today we visited the cottage in the village of Wylam where George Stephenson was born in 1781 and in which he spent his early life. He and his 4 siblings were brought up in only one room - and he never went to school. What a bloke he turned out to be from such humble origins as the son of a miner!
This architectural square is a small "window" in a door in the room; I'm not sure where it leads but I guess maybe into a small larder in view of the hessian sacking over the "window".
It was the best I could come up with to meet the challenge. Apart from some cropping and exposure correction it's SOOC as youoroegon1 suggested.
