A day at the zoo

So we went to the Zoo today! It was a huge adventure, involving lots of planning, a picnic, a long drive, traffic, and a rather unsuccessful episode of mommy planning. You see, by the time we finally got to the zoo, Olivier was ready for his nap, and it was beyond hot outside. So he fell asleep while I was admiring the giraffes. He missed the elephants, the lions, the monkeys. He woke up just in time for the hippos, but by the time, we were just way too hot, so we escaped to the water park. 
So, to reformulate: we went to the zoo, and he slept through it!
