Night Flight

Well, actually  late evening but the days are visibly shortening now.

As the plane started its descent into Glasgow you could see the remains of a spectacular sunset to the west but to the east, which is the way I was looking, the only illumination was from the aircraft lights although the moon had been visible briefly  as we turned out over London.
