Welsh Cakes

Anyone who knows me will realise that this is an unusual scene in my kitchen! My cousin in Fishguard in Wales gave me this recipe when we stayed with them earlier in the year. The croquet club committee members are putting on afternoon tea for opening day tomorrow so I thought I would give them a try!
