Starburst

Today I definitely experienced the joys of retirement by having a lovely walk during the early afternoon.

The Ards Man took the boat out for a sail, so I drove to Crawfordsburn Country Park, which runs alongside Belfast Lough, to see if I could take some photos. Unfortunately for me, he sailed in the opposite direction up the coast! In the end, my eye was caught by the small things, so as well as seasidey shots I took loads of shots of lovely flowering grasses and wild flowers.

This is one of my favourites, as I thought it looked like a beautiful starburst firework.
