Nabbed!

Was riding my bike along this busy route when a couple of police horses charged past me after this white car.  It turned out that the woman  in the passenger seat was holding a toddler in her lap.  After quite a lecture about the child's safety coming first they were allowed to proceed.  As there was a car shop adjacent  perhaps they should have been pointed in that direction to buy a child's seat but what do I know?.
