Thyme for honey ...
This title is either a delicious pun or a groan-inducing one, but the photo is of a wee tin of thyme honey from the White Mountains of Crete, where I bought it from the producers (human, not bees) in the taverna where they had just served us a delicious lunch. Last year they were selling it in jars, which made for a slightly nerve-racking journey home; this year the tin was robust but rather smaller. The honey is as wonderful as ever.
My extra photo is of the shore at Toward, looking north for a change, towards Dunoon. We walked there briefly this afternoon; neither of us felt particularly energetic.
