the slow lane

a lovely lazy morning! dropped fil at age uk, a wonderful charity which, for minimal payment, will look after the elderly and feed them a decent lunch so allowing full time carers to do those essential things in life - banks, shopping etc. all things we take for granted until .....
so, a lazy mid-morning coffee at an italian deli was followed by a lazy lunch featuring local food specialities - all paid for by my mil - so things couldn't be better!!
afternoon was the opposite - worked my little butt off gardening!!
mastered all the various powered gardening 'boys- toys', all of which failed to start at first!!
