The Birds

A rather long day in the office today. After too much time sitting down I forced myself out for a run (well, jog), and felt much better for it.
Then out for tea with the Oldies (in-laws) and the teenager. A nice meal at a local newish restaurant called Beetroot (why?). Anyway, food was good but service was rather slow and the Eton Mess was odd. Teenager wouldn't let me complain - too embarrassing!
When we got home the chicks were loitering by a red light. I do wonder what they get up to when we are out.
