Christmas Lights

I love Christmas lights and the lead up to Christmas.

Unfortunately the reality is not always as good as the looking forward to it.... usually because by the time it actually arrives, I'm worn out! This year I feel much more in control and having an 18 month old grandson adds another dimension!

Our Christmas tree has been re-named a 'WOW!' because from the moment Harry first saw it he said, 'WOW!' Now all Christmas lights are WOWs! We are so lucky to be able to see all the excitement of Christmas through a child's eyes again.

But to be sitting in a warm lounge with the Christmas tree lights twinkling and a glass of wine....well. that's about as good as it gets for me!!!
