Mom's house

This is a Saturday morning view from the house we're selling. We finally have a (low) offer, which we have accepted but, as you know, that's just the beginning. I'm here to meet the well guys who are going to shock it with bleach so it will pass a water test. I can't believe someone hasn't wanted this view before now.
