Not TOO bad for its age?

Just over two years ago, and after a little TLC it looked like this.
Today I did a little pruning. I noticed that:-
1. The top two "branches" had grown to such an extent they practically touch one another across the stump top.
2. One to the lower pruning is well on the way to being a plant in its own right - a small crop of roots on above excision, duly potted.
Anybody want a "Money Tree"?
