Busy Saturday

How to entertain a 12 and 14 year old?

First Farmers Market, where they spoke to lots of stall holders and tried loads of foods. 

The Puddledub stall holder was great, he took time to explain how they reared their pigs and grew their food too. The boys picked their own lunch from an artisan baker.

Cake at Fisher and Donaldsons.

Caught hens and put two groups together in one run, went better than expected so far (see extra).

A spot of gardening at the allotment, lifted our onions, the boys made a race of it.

A visit to the recycling centre.

All in all a great day.

Oldest nephew enjoyed Stirling, but is going to visit Napier and Dundee before deciding his first choice.

Oh my blip, swapped some carrots for some courgettes with one of Mum's neighbours.
