Visiting Robin (before and after)

Some people think I am up close to my subjects when I capture a bird shot?
   These two shots will show you that I am not!
The main photo is the crop from the extra photo which is the original!
 This a hand held shot,taken @ 1/250 sec. @ f8,ISO 3600 with my Sigma zoom lens on my Nikon 36 mp D800.
  The technology of today makes this possible.
 For me it's money well spent?
