Stones? Why not!

The Storybook Cafe this morning was a bit different to usual. No one came to open the village hall for it, so the Sure Start ladies set it all up outside. It was glorious, so it worked fine.

The temptation of the swing park at the other side of the field was too much for Elizabeth. She went over to it 3 times during our hour session. It wasn't far though. I could see she was bossing another little girl about on the slide at one point. Then later, she was following a teenage boy around (who'd been dragged there with his mum). I think he told her to GO AWAY though, because she was stood looking very sad on her own for a while. So Rebecca and I went and brought her back to our group.

The dummy departure has gone really well. That's been 5 nights now, and hardly any fuss at all. Phew! I think it being nice weather this week has helped, because she's been out a lot and so has fallen asleep quicker.
