. . can you tie 'em in a knot?

Notice this morning the grass runners were being swept along the concrete walkway by the wind.  I spread them out a little and then bunched them and wrapped them into circles.  With the rain we've been having and now bright sunshine, these runners, in some cases, must be over 5 foot long.    And popping into my head came the childhood ditty:

Oh,     do your ears hang low,
Do they wobble to and fo,
Can you tie them in a knot,
Can you tie them in a bow,
Can you throw them o'er your shoulder
like a continental soldier
Do your ears    hang      low  ?

Anyone else remember this one?
