Boo

This is Charlie, he discovered he could see over the kitchen bench today. We minded him and Oscar while B & K went shopping for a bed for him. He is having a baby sibling in December so the parents are getting prepared for the bed shuffle when another baby comes into the family. Max was at a party.
Wet Sunday. Shopping, cleaning, washing, child minding, nana nap & low carb diet day. I have had success with eating less carbs a couple of times a week but the recent trips for work really muck up the system. One system is the 5/2 diet and another the sugar diet...It's hard to get a decent meal without paying a fortune and the alternative is usually high carb, high fat.
