Varnish

The first in a series of planning failures this week, too busy concentrating on knocked down walls of the house: I was in Paris for work and discovered at 6pm that my brother was in town for the varnishing of his new exhibition at 6pm. I probably had known about this at some point but had not marked in the calendar...

Anyway booked a later train and managed to catch up for a couple of hours. It was great and well worth staying on for. Mum and Dad were there too.
