Cleaning spree

One realizes the value of water after the long drought we suffered. Barely had water for 3 hours a day!! Now thanks to the rains we get water full time.

So finally got myself to start a major cleaning exercise. Washed the curtains after years. Quite a task as some are very heavy and big and barely fit in my washing machine.

Also got rid of the large empty pots from plants that died in the heat and drought. Will only keep smaller plants now which are easier to manage.

Still a long way off doing one round of cleaning and my washing machine running all weekend.

May go out in the evening with some friends back to Autumn Leaves and hope it's peaceful and not noisy like last time.

Now on to some ironing and then Visa work.
