Rainie and Doug

Today's the day ........................... to salute

We've just said a sad farewell to our overnight guests, Rainie and Doug, and wished them well on their continuing travels.  The house already seems empty without them.  We've had such fun in their good company - the time just wasn't long enough.

They took no convincing to pose for a final photograph beneath our Kiwi flag which was proudly flying for the duration of their stay.  This time tomorrow, they'll be in Italy - having more adventures no doubt ......................
