Peekaboo

Last year we had a single Victoria plum from our tree.  It was the most delicious plum I have ever tasted.  This year there are more.  We are still not into double figures but we are headed in the right direction.  They are equally delicious and have a short shelf life.  About the time it takes to pick, wash, dry and raise to the mouth.

We had a guest the other day who was bemoaning the lack of Victoria plums in the shops.  He was given one but it was a close thing.

This one is hiding under the leaves.  Scheduled for harvesting on Wednesday I think.
