The sign is a lie! (kind of)

While it may be 790km by car it's only about 775km on foot, excluding alternate routes and diversions, of course you won't find two guides that agree on the actual distance being covered!

After a very damp start yesterday, today was a bit damp early on but otherwise quite pleasant, lots of rolling hills and woodlands to shelter from occasional showers in.

Its a short day as well as we have stopped in Zubiri rather than going though to Larrasoaña as many fellow pilgrims are doing, another difference in guides!
