For effort.

Doubling up on my 5 a day.

Actually have probably quadrupled today. It's not like I'm not trying but this lurgy seems to be winning. Awake most of the night alternating sneezing and shivering so a pretty rough and fairly useless day frankly. Have managed to keep the troops fed and watered and that's about it.

Am so bored of feeling ill. Jackson sympathises beautifully. We talked about how good he is now at sympathising with others. Prompted him to comment on some of the rubbish things Drs had said to him and we had a go at ranking them according to usefulness. I put Carl at the top.
