Miniature Wildlife
Adz Here: Today we was in the garden and saw lots of butterflies on the Lilac bush and decided to try to capture them as part of our Blip. Later we headed off to Wandlebury Country Park for a nice afternoon out in the sun. We saw many other things to take for a Blip but in the end we decided on Blipping the Grasshoppers and Snail to go with the butterfly photo. I thought that the collage of insects and the snail summed up the day as the sun shone and made it a lovely summers day.
To take these pictures we used my Canon EOS 500D with a 18-55mm Lens, f numbers and shutters speeds varied on each photo. The ISO was 800.
Susie Here: Been a really lovely relaxed day enjoying the sunshine at Wandlebury, then this evening helped Adz choose the best photos of the day to Blip. We had several that we wanted to use so making a collage seemed a good way to show four pictures on the same theme. Amazing how interesting these little creatures are when viewed up close!
