Garden Spider

Definitely autumnal today. Mum and I saw this large garden spider today and the anchor thread for it's web must have been about 10 feet long! It was anchored to the roof of a building but the web was at about 4 foot off the ground.The one outside our kitchen window is getting fatter by the day :)
