"Pink is the New Black!"

Fellow Northeast blipper Dollydoug told us about the new art installations in this area in her blip yesterday, where she gives us quite a lot of details about them. In short, they are "Great North Snowdogs" in aid of the local (St Oswald's) Hospice; they're based on the Raymond Briggs stories about The Snowman and the Snowdog. You can even download a phone app on which you can log the ones you've seen.

Anyway, having read about them on Dollydoug's blip, MrsC and I happened to come across this one on our afternoon stroll today. It seemed to be asking to be blipped. This one's entitled "Pink is the New Black" and is by award-winning celebrity hairdresser Lee Stafford.*
