Ella Eating Oysters

We had lunch today at a lovely restaurant overlooking the Bassin d'Arcachon in Cap Ferret.  After shrimp and other seafood as a first course, we ate some two dozen oysters as our main dish.  Two-year old Ella did her part--eating a half-dozen from their shells (to be sure cut up by Aude, her mother).

That delicious meal was the main event of the day; we also took a couple of walks along the coast.
