If this looks familiar, it's because I've blipped this before. This wasn't my planned subject, and I don't want to get into the habit of re-blipping things, but I'm going to make an exception today.
I had set out to take a photo of Ralph Waldo Emerson's grave (for my famous-grave series). I wasn't able to get the shot I wanted, but as I was leaving the cemetery, I saw Henry David Thoreau's grave. This time someone had put this sprig of holly on it, and there was something about it that touched me on this gray, windy day.
