Lygus Bug

I think these tiny bugs are cool looking because of the heart shape on their backs; when I looked them up I found out that they are not a bug I want in my yard. They damage fruit and vegetable......darn! I have a bunch of them in my daisies and black eyed susans flowers. They are very small and difficult to spot except through my telephoto lens.

We had a good day today. I captured 5 more little bugs for my granddaughter's collection......I wish we were still living closer so we could do the searching together. Perhaps I will go over tomorrow after school and we can explore together again.
