Skirball Museum

The history that this museum held was astounding. Our tour guides goal was to allow us to have a deeper understanding of the reasoning as to why everything that was in the museum came to be in there. This goal was greatly achieved with each background story that went along with each piece. I especially found this stain glass piece very interesting because it was salvaged from an old jewish church. I found it intriguing but odd that there are many takes on what the separation of the ten commandments could mean but when the artist was asked he did not have a specific reason.
