Did...

...a fair few steps today between running and walking.

Out early for a 8km run then various saunters round the University campus while boys attended golf lessons. Then a wee late afternoon dog walk. This pic is from the late afternoon dog walk.

Grateful for some fine September weather that allowed us to get out of doors.
