Richard 111 Lecture

I went down to Dorchester this evening to hear Matthew Morris speak about the exciting excavation in the car park in Leicester when the skeleton of Richard 111 was found .
I watched the programme on TV but Matthew helped run the excavation and his talk was fascinating . The genetic tie up with two people alive today is amazing making the skeleton indisputably Richard.
I felt teary when he reached the final revelation. My friends had heard Matthew speak to their history group and recommended I go - well worth the drive!
