A school drop off; er not quite - local holiday means they have the day off so I bundle them off up to their mother's and I head for the office as they head to Glasgow.
The boss is back, but its OK - I have headphones.....
Out at lunch to get flowers and a card for Bill (she is going to see him after work to make sympathetic noises after his heart attack) and then back into it.
And out at a reasonable time; to hers; a quick forage for fennel at Tollcross and then proto teen angst as her lass reappeared after a couple of days with her dad* (*He farmed her out for a sleepover at a friend of his rather than a friend of hers; as far as I can tell he had her for 3 hours over the 2 days...)
So when she got stressed about her audition tape, it was understandable if not predictable.
Still, the pear and pecorino salad with added prawns was excellent; and a pleasant cycle homeward in the darkness presented photo opportunities that daylight doesn't.
