Long Way Down

This is this view down my road to Oban harbour below. I have to be honest and say that as it's a telephoto shot it's not really as precipitous as it appears, though as the last part of my walk home from the town it sometimes feels like it!

I went down again to pick more brambles from a new place I've discovered. I'd picked a second batch of 6lbs from my original site after I came back from 10 days away, but this place, just at the back of the lifeboat dock which is visible in the picture, was a bit further away. I came back with an extra 4lbs in my pack, destined for bramble jelly, wine, liqueur, who knows. Free foraging can become a bit obsessive!
