St Barnabas cemetery

I didn't know until this morning that the St Barnabas Church in Clare has a fascinating old cemetery alongside it. Headstones dating back to the 1850s are scattered below big old pine trees. All of this is hidden from the roads but close to the main shopping area. Some of the first Europeans to settle in the Clare region are buried here.
