#Edinburgh - Calton Hill

A view to Calton Hill from Corstorphine Hill during a wee day trip to my home-town. I can identify most of the land-marks, but I am at a loss as to what the white monstrosity is immediately below Edinburgh's Folly (aka Edinburgh's disgrace) - can anyone in the capital help out?
