Treasure trove

I've been missing the versatility of the Nikon 28-300 lens since using the Fuji much more.

There is no exact equivalent, the closest is their 18-135. (the same range of angles of view as 27-206 on the D800). Apparently it's not a particularly popular lens from their line-up, so a special order had to be made.

It arrived yesterday, just after I had walked past the shop, so today I went down to collect it, and the nice people in Chiswick Cameras gave me an extra bit of discount too. Something to do with my spending habits there, I suspect!
